Introduction to Behaviour Change Workshop in Collaboration with IUCN HWIWG & PSG HPI Section

In this workshop, I will provide a brief introduction to the discipline of conservation behaviour change. Drawing on a range of current partner projects around the world alongside my work with the IUCN Behaviour Change Task Force, I will explore relevant tools and guide attendees through the core principles of behaviour change. Over the course of the workshop, attendees will be introduced to the discipline and then explore some advanced skills, using presentations and breakout exercises to build attendees' skills and confidence. Finally, we will conclude with a discussion of key tools and resources, and next steps for using behaviour change to strengthen conservation and community outcomes.
